"Enter the nutritional information for the whole package, not for the serving size or per 100 grams."

That's fair enough.. but without the weight of the actual product listed, the data is essentualy useless.

Can we either make it list for the per 100g or list the wieght of the product, or idealy, both?

For example, if I look up a product called Rice.. I know the whole bag provides 348 Calories. That might be a 2kg bag, or a 100g sachet.

I know I want to eat a 75g portion. If I knew the package size, or the per 100g value, I could work out my portion's value. Without this key data, all these values are unusable, unless you want to eat the whole 2kg bag of rice.

Take a look at the nutrition information in Al's breakfast cereals base.  This is based on "per 100g" and is probably what we'll put in the Food commons, since it's packaging independent and also works well for non-product/generic foods like eg. raw apples, rice, olive oil, etc.

You might want to delegate the GTIN property from the Consumer Product type, rather than create a duplicate property here.
